Surely you cannot be serious? Serving Malta? And one man, handcuffed, vs five – probably armed, well-fed and physically fit men?

It is true that Malta cannot sustain the continuous influx of immigrants, but I would rather have that “inconvenience” than have their death (whether it is due to such a horrific incident or because of their drowning on their way to the unknown) on my conscience.
