One cannot help but wondering why this magistrate has been waffling on and on about our law courts delay, justice, etc.

Wasn’t he the one who refused to disclose how many pending cases he had in his hands before he went to Kosovo, while the majority of his colleagues complied with the then justice minister?

If I remember correctly, that minister was Austin Gatt.

It never ceases to amaze me how hypocritical some people can be.

This magistrate has recently been waffling on about people turning up late, blah di blah, you know, pissing in the wind.

My guess is that he has given up being the lone voice in the wilderness and decided if you can’t beat them, join them.

i cannot begin to comprehend what the hell possessed our judiciary: 60 euro fine imposed on four apes for assaulting a peaceful protester, a mother imprisoned because her 17 year old son refused to visit his father and now this: a homophobe being given a slap on the wrist for causing serious permanent injuries by deliberately running somebody over, because he had been ‘provoked’ by the suggestion that he is gay? ‘

What a travesty.
