I apologise for my previous comment on this blog where I stated that you have ‘A meaningless life’. It could be that you, being an elderly person, took my comment as a personal insult. It just came to me this morning, when my father who is 90 years old, blurted out that he is now living a meaningless life due to his age.

That is not what I wanted to imply. Hopefully you accept my apology.

However, I still consider you as an idiot, adding to this, your political stance, as total crap. I have followed you through the 70s & 80s and all that you have written or said in the media then was total ‘hdura’.

May I also remind you that the Malta Labour Party started using violence and disruption well back into the 50s. Please, get to know Maltese political history.

I personally abhor all kinds of violence. I believe in freedom of speech, quite lackng in the 70s and 80s, when you were as one and soulmate to the regime of those unfortunate years.

Can you give me just one honest explanation or excuse to those sorrowful years?

I am so pleased ( And proud of it too), that Malta, this little rock of ours, has fared so much better than our ‘Greater’ Southern European neighbours.

Unfortunately Paul, as the saying goes, charity begins at home. Meaning, that if I am no longer able to sustain my family through no fault of mine…Then to hell with it.

I have also suffered injustices by the commissioner of Inland Revenue up to 2005, as declared both by the Board of Special Commissioners and the Court of Appeal !
