In his book he talks about a diagnostic tool that helps psychologists identify whether a person is a psychopath. Essentially if the person hits 15 out of 20 points on a checklist he is defined as a psychopath. These are the 20 points:

3. Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom
4. Pathological lying
5. Cunning/Manipulative
6. Lack of remorse or guilt
7. Shallow affect (genuine emotion is short-lived and egocentric)
8. Callous/Lack of empathy
9. Parasitic Lifestyle
10. Poor behavioural controls
11. Promiscuous sexual behaviour
12. Early behavioural problems
13. Lack of realistic long term-goals
14. Impulsivity
15. Irresponsibility
16. Failure to accept responsibility for own actions
17. Many short-term marital relationships
18. Juvenile delinquency
19. Revocations of conditional release
20. Criminal versatility

There are only two ways of looking at the CMB motion. Either Franco was right, or Franco was wrong.

In both cases, it reflects badly on the Opposition.

If Franco was right, and CMB was not a good minister, then why was the Opposition virtually silent for 4 years? In other words, why was it an incompetent Opposition?

If, on the other hand, Franco was wrong, and CMB was a good minister, then the Opposition was the most lurid opportunistic lizard inhabiting these isles.
