I’d just like to point out that it shouldn’t be “gejjieni qarib” as qarib means “relative”

“Gejjieni qrib”, although contrived, is more accurate. I don’t know anybody who can speak Maltese and say “Gejjieni qrib”, but still …

So Leo Brincat is another Labour semi-literate, “Jiddispjacina ma dawk kollha . . .” (we are sorry with all those) doesn’t make sense, the dash is out of place and ‘niltaqaw’ should be ‘niltaqgħu’. Three errors in three and a half lines.
