I didn’t mean it that way, but in “labour” as in “inducing labour”, i.e. waters broken and all that.

And please, spare me the Gonzian cant with the list of PN achievements – sorry- freebies to our confounded zaghzagh. I’m not a zaghzugh, so what are PN’s plans for me? More cronyism and anti-liberal economic policy increasing the gap between rich and poor, as likely as not.

Ironia della sorte that my generation, which won PN the election in 2003, has been forgotten.

Darn! I must have thrown away the nice “Awguri!” complete with exclamation mark that my wife got for her birthday from Joe Mizzi printed on a folded A5 tucked in an oversize envelope. All the stationery and postage was compliments of the House of Representatives of course.

Spot on, Baxxter. Thanks to P.N. policies, many Laburisti have graduated from university and MCAST, studied abroad for free, quite a number are mayors and councillors – when the MLP was against local councils – went on EU funded familiarisation visits to Brussels, organised twinning with other EU towns and villages when most of them voted against Malta joining the EU and the list goes on on.

As the Italians say “l’ironia della sorte.”
