Yes, I do remember the ‘Korp tal-Pijunieri’

Their marching song ran something like this:
‘Bil-pala w bil-fies
b’z**bb f’s***na daqshiex
Tal-Pijunieri’

There were also ‘Bahhar u sewwi’ – which consisted of neither sailors nor handyman, incidentally, but of lazy undisciplined bummers.

There was also ‘Dirghajn il-Maltin’ – and, some say, the female counterpart ‘Bizlejn il-Maltin’.

There was also ‘Id-Dejma’ – reminiscent of Mijju Mekkek, perhaps!
