Why is the Times embellishing what Karmenu Vella says? Why does the Times make him sound more intelligent than he really is. The Times is filling in the blanks, when Karmenu Vella just mumbled some ‘187’ then ’77’ figures like they’re lottery ticket numbers. We’re talking MILLIONS here. What the bloody hell is the electorate thinking of giving these people the job of running the country?

Karmenu Vella is mumbling… Edward Scicluna is whispering what to say… ( whilst nodding nervously ) and Charles Mangion is dumbstruck. ( no news here )
