However Toyger has set me thinking, did PL commit itself not to increase the service charge?

On a different note, the easiest way to bypass EU regulations on tendering procedures is to not to be a part of the EU. Perhaps now that the leading PL MEPs have had their pie in Brussels and returned fully loaded, it’s time to move on. It is getting scarier by the second.

In reply to Toyger. I've already lost an extra 300 euros in children' s allowance thanks to the budget which was not voted through. That's more than 3 times the savings on utilities bills.
