Louis Grech is no fool. He knows where to spread the butter; and I am more than certain that on no account would he relinquish his post in Brussels.

He will always consider the best options for himself. Who can blame him? I am sure he is keenly observing the shambles going on within his Labour Party.

In reply to C Falzon. The idea is to use gasoil not heavy fuel oil. Presumably, gasoil produces less emissions so won't need such a large chimney.
