Had this happened during the ‘Golden Years’ it would not have been a problem. It was not difficult to ‘find’ a Labour leaning policeman since most were (and maybe still are?). It would have been more difficult to find a Nazzjonalist in the police force.

What is inexplicable is that this happened relatively recently and even if John Rizzo is certainly not a friend of the NP, at least in most cases seems to have kept himself at arm’s length from politics, unless…

The least he can do is to explain how not reporting a law-breaker is not a criminal offence.

Why the journalists, independent or not, are not even asking the question is incomprehensible.

Besides, David Agius asked him to investigate two years ago and is still waiting for the results.

I think it is becoming a matter of whether the C/Police failed to do his duty. In that case one should call for his resignation.
