Claire Gauci Borda’s aunt, sister to her father John Dalli, was married to the late Angelo Fenech of Tumas Group. Alfred Mifsud was/is financial advisor of Tumas Group. Connections maybe? Hbieb tal-hbieb? It looks a tangled web, for us at least. I feel sure that for them the picture is very nicely painted.

I think you nailed it.

It adds to Joseph’s email address when he was MEP.

It also reinforces my belief that the program is nothing but a series of ad hoc proposals, leading Joseph to contradict himself on a daily basis, going staunchly red one day, all flowery business the next.

Another detail missed by the press, was Joseph’s analysis of his take on capital expenditure compared to the PN’s.

He won’t use more than a quarter of predicted capital, describing his program as prudent and allowing ‘leeway’ for eventual necessities. Bad management, rife corruption anyone?

The PN instead has covered 75% of same for the next four years. Maybe the PN knows what it intends to do, unlike Labour who could have been ensnared in a wait and see by the ones you mention.

And all we get is speculation to the value of Mrs.Farrugia’s talent.
