maryanne, this is exactly what I thought while Edward Scicluna, the Professor of Mintoffianomics, was making an ass of himself on TVHemm yesterday (repeated this morning). He was referring to the various positions he held under a PN government to show how competent he is.

And then he showed his incompetence by joining the Malta Labour Party.
