Marlene Bonnici envisaged this scenario last month.

Parliament won’t accept the deal, but after some debating, and time wasting the deal will be approved.

Time is working against the member states, so at the end of the day there will be some tweaking and adjustments and we’ll have Gonzi’s €1.2 billion deal.

You know, because Malta Tagħna Lkoll and it’s a moviment, anyway.
