The bureaucracy of trying to ensure as far as possible that the the project will be fulfilled and not left half finished

Chris Cardona, I think it best you stop visiting strip clubs and stop hobnobbing with the dregs of society and instead polish your act in order not to embarrass us with our clients and potential clients.

Lawrence Gonzi’s economic management has been vindicated by the same opportunistic bunch who tried to ridicule him up to 9 March.
