I was too young to know who he was, but I could not believe how badly written it was – the grammatical mistakes…I mean it seemed to be written by an illiterate person. The handwriting was atrocious. But what really got to me was how unprofessional he was. We have an Austrian surname, and I’m not willing to display it here but lets say it is Schmidt. He addressed us as ‘Schmidt Germani’. He was obviously trying to insult us, though I don’t know how being German should be insulting – I was just astonished that a lawyer would stoop so low.
