Frankie Tabone is supposed to have been paid less as Law Commissioner and Chief of Constitutional Reform so that he could carry on practising law while doing the other two jobs part-time (because it doesn’t take much to reform the Constitution and Malta’s entire body of laws…).

Is Jason, similarly, being paid less than he would otherwise be, as chairman of V18, so that he can carry on working for the Labour Party’s media?

David Felice does not deserve to be with Jason doing all his work. He is the excellent person for the posiiton and unless he’s chairman he should not be demeaned to any lesser position and accept it.

JM, Joseph Muscat, the elected prime minister, or JM, Jason Micallef, the failed Labour candidate, full-time head of the Labour broadcast media, and part-time (as far as activity is concerned) chairman of the V18?

My thoughts exactly when listening to the interview on your earlier post.

Is this person for real? Does he honestly believe that we are all fools and don’t realise that he is contradicting himself? Or is it that by Labour mentality that is not a contradiction?

I do believe David Felice should not accept the offer to remain on board. When a chairman is unfairly ousted, he should not agree to be demoted as director, but bows out.

Having him on board is only one reason for Jason Micallef to ‘forward’ emails to him, asking him for help in drafting a decent reply.

Also, how can Jason Micallef lead the negotiations for an exclusivity agreement between v18 and PBS while being the chairman of a competing station?
