The bird is probably part of the Economy Minister’s effort to cut costs on the Ministry’s PR and communication team as part of an effort to bring the deficit down from the 3.7% as planned by the Minister of Finance.

It’s the new officer in charge of Cardona’s tweets on Twitter.

I suppose it won’t be long before one of these tacky ministers – or Mrs Michelle Muscat of The High Society – installs one of those tacky, ceramic-with-gold water fountains in some previously-elegant Valletta office.
