And isn’t that Tancred Tabone, the Forestals chief, since then implicated in very nasty doings concerning irregular dealings?

Wonder what Joseph was so cosy about with Tabone at that pre-election encounter – or was that done later at the fourth floor? Shall we ever know the truth about the PL’s electoral campaign financing?
