Another kick in the teeth for the police, Their morale and that of their families must be rock bottom by now. Mr Mallia thinks that there is an orchestrated campaign against him. In truth it is his actions and decisions which have brought criticism. The decision not to attend this annual event is another error of judgement. The minister is an absolute disgrace and unsuited to high office.
