According to his LinkedIn profile, John Dalli is the
Commissoner (as opposed to “Commissioner”) Health and Consumer Affairs at European Commission, Brussels Area, Belgium.

False advertising or wishful thinking?

I was also surprised to learn, through LinkedIn, that Mr Dalli is a graduate of the Malta College of Arts Science & Technology where, it appears, they teach everything but the “know-your-client” rules.
