Who is the head of the PBS newsroom – is it Reno Bugeja, or is it Manwel Micallef?

Perhaps Reno Bugeja can answer this with a special edition of Dissett.

You can’t be serious, so you’re telling me that if NET TV wanted to know anything on what was going at PBS ,they didn’t have the means to get the required info from formal and informal channels?

We all suspected that this happened before and is happening now under this government.May I add that it’s not the first time that foreign media were caught that they were in cahoots pushing their agenda.

Well, I wish to stand by my previous remark and I do not wish to modify my opinion in/on this issue.

Moreover, I would find it quite strange, if any daily newspaper would consider reporting such an event as a news “headline”.

Too harsh a criticism, you say? Imagine these headlines on L-Orizzont:

Hence, there should be no tangible reason why one should view this issue as “so ridiculous”.

Furthermore, as Malta apparently enjoys a liberal-democracy, all individuals have a right to an own opinion and its possible expression. In other words, your good self are free to regard the issue as “completely inappropriate” while others are free to consider the issue as a rather normal social event.

At home we all agreed this was an atrocious proof of the latent racism that is now standard by the public broadcaster for which the Minister of Police and the Armed Forces is also responsible.
