I now see we will have even more opportunity to appeal from its decisions which also means applicants get to stay here much longer. Which I don’t mind at all. Most of them are much more polite and respectful than Maltese clients.

I would go even further and ask how can a politician be appointed chairman of a Refugee Appeals Board. A clearer case of a conflict of interest couldn’t be made.
