He was hardly intelligent nor a worthy adversary at university years. He struggled desperately to keep up with his much more savvy Labour peers (those worthy souls received no iced bun, they just work their asses off and keep a low profile like normal people).

My conclusion is that Joseph applied the FIFO rule also.

First to appear on the billboards was Franco Debono..remember? Franco was one of the first chairpersons who joined the Labour bandwagon or gravy train – call it what you like.
