They asked a Maltese selection board for nominees and the Maltese, true to form, chose this subliterate twit. Goes to show eh. It's not about political allegiance, it's about knowing people.

I am leaning about this person from what he has written about himself. He seems to have been an active student, but does that limited experience make him experienced and qualified enough to run this huge enterprise in shipping and running a container terminal?
