There is a difference between an event which requires police investigation, and unseemly public behaviour by a highly placed public official.

But both should be a matter of concern to the prime minister who cares about the public behaviour of his appointees to high office.

The Prime Minister has appointed these people to relatively high profile positions …. by keeping them there he is tacitly encouraging them to continue with their unbecoming, actually aggressive, behaviour.

But then, to him there is nothing wrong with this behaviour.

He is as aggressive, but generally his aggression is of the passive sort.

And he cannot seem to understand that when people are in certain positions, they should behave in a manner consonant with such a position at all times. They have no “private” life as their private behaviour can, and will, bring their public position into disrepute.
