I wonder if the deal has something to do with oil exploration in Maltese territorial waters, from which Libya would benefit.

Let us not forget that there is no trouble at sea. Furthermore a couple of labour bazzuzli would benefit from such an agreement. Does it sound similar to Dom Mintoff’s oil agreement?

I’m sure the Libyan state will be dying to give oil away at reduced prices once they get hold of it. It makes sense.

According to Onor Konrad Mizzi we will buy oil at a reduced price from Libya by the end of this year. Let us wait and see.

Considering that Joseph had a road map all set up before last March’s election and we were given the impression that all plans were in place for Labour to fulfill the energy tariffs reduction manifesto promise…

The great fuss about the Malta-Libya oil deal made by the government’s propaganda machine leads us to believe that this deal is an added value to that promise (even though now questions arise as regards the oil/gas issue.

Does this mean the promised reductions will come earlier, or at least be doubled?
