It must be the heavy (ir)responsibility of running the country leaving him less time to spend at the gym. Or it must have been the food on the cruise liner he must have gorged himself on (as most Maltese would).

I just cannot imagine a Joseph Muscat who would remotely resemble a prime minister of a country.
