Spiteri Gingell is still engaged by the Ministry for Electricity and the Conservation of Water as a consultant.

He was highly estimated by the previous administration and the one before that and even before that as well.

He was entrusted with Public Service Reform in the early 90s and several other major projects from then on. I always remember him in high places and as being an insider.

He is against the EU yet built his career, consultancy firm, his whole life really, around the EU and its requirements and there are more like him running around, so much that it is disgusting.

Calling some people double-faced would be flattering them. It is simply unbelievable and if I could, I really would chose not to live in this country anymore.

David Spiteri Gingell was also responsible for the pension reform, under Dr Gonzi (as Social Policy Minister and later Prime Minister) may I remind you all. He was harshly scolded by the then Labour opposition. But times change. People too.

And he probably made the switch too but was waiting for the opportune moment to come out.

He is not a guru of anything.

He is unethical and rude in the extreme, and good at bullshit. I know this from personal experience.

He is also a Holocaust supporter to the same extent as that rabid-foaming-at-the-mouth-right-winger brother of his is a Holocaust denier. This as well was a personal experience of mine.
