In reply to La Redoute. Nair holds a Maltese identity card, 40711A. [Daphne - For company registration, proof of citizenship is required. 40711A is a resident (A)lien card, not a citizen's card. That is why the companies registry requires his passport.]

In reply to La Redoute. Nair is listed in the companies registry in Malta as British. One would like to assume that this is not done without passport details being recorded.
