It’s actually easy to administer.

The government can make a blanket assumption that every Maltese taxpayer is “wajs”, meaning “h*xxej.” Hence, impose a fixed-amount tax on every tax-payer.

Taxpayers who challenge the tax will be subjected to a due diligence from Castille.

Everyone has taken this with a pinch of salt, but I believe – and I may be completely wrong as I’m not a solicitor – that whilst prostitution is not illegal in Malta, it is illegal to loiter and illegal to pimp.

Therefore, in any country with a fourth estate, this car would be hunted down, its driver sniffed out and exposed and accused of aiding and abetting an illegal practice and forced out of being a public employee.

Why doesn’t someone from the Finance Ministry give us the details? Why isn’t any opposition MP jumping all over this like a fly smelling honey?

Why are they getting away with a crime a day?

Why are we paying opposition MPs?

Where in God’s name is the leader of the opposition?

Whatever happened to the party’s manhood?
