A Prime Minister who cheated the Malta electorate by boasting about his proposed “transparency” should emphasise to his American audience at this conference that what is presenting is NOT what his party is promising in Malta.

To his Maltese audience he is promising the removal of the secrecy clause and that he intends to sit down and consult with the opposition so as to reach consensus about a different IIP that would be acceptable to the Opposition.
