Daphne, Could you delve into the &quot;other requirements&quot; and whether these can be amended, accommodated or facilitated to suit a wish to link the aspiring New Citizens to a vote?  After all, the big hurdle is the first. Living in Malta, applying for an Identity Card etc., surely those are secondary, but minor hurdles?

I envision the necessary paperwork for all conditions to be met, being made available and expected in before the passport is actually handed over.

Verifying residence would be a joke.

I believe that although voting rights shouldn&#039;t be automatic, in effect, they will be.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[With the Nationalist Party saying that it will revoke bought passports, Henley &amp; Partners is in effect buying votes for the Labour Party.  Because whoever values his newly bought citizenship will surely vote Labour to keep it.
