The situation is looking ever more similar to the sale of Brazilian student Migliorini’s virginity, about which I had already commented here back in November. She first thought she could sell it for $780,000, but then decided to change her mind and hold on to it for a little longer.

Now she is expecting to cash an amount in the region of $1.5 million.

The main difference between Muscat’s EU Passports For Cash and Migliorini’s offering is, of course, that Migliorini claims to be still a virgin. Our citizenship has now been prostituted already when Labour passed the Citizenship For Sale law in November.

At $1.5 million, Migliorini’s virginity is now about $7,000 cheaper than Muscat’s EU passport, and therefore Migliorini is more likely to attract buyers.
