Owen Bonnici only pointed to the arrest of a reporter as being wrong.

Had he stated that holding a party in a courtroom to be wrong then he would have implicated the people participating and from the guest list emerging that would have been some of his fellow PL Members of Parliament and another PL leaning Magistrate besides Magistrate Peralta.

It seems that Dr. Owen Bonnici is trying to avoid negative media coverage of his actions by The Times.

Dr. Bonnici has said that there were no other parties held in the courtrooms under his watch, but Carol Peralta has said differently, claiming that another party was organised a couple of weeks ago. Who is saying the truth and who is lying?
