He has promptly fullfilled the wish-list of a handful of powerful developers and speculators to the detriment of the environment. No such luck though, for the several hundreds of small unimportant minnows waiting for the fullfillment of the pre-electoral promises related to the regularization of unsanctioned small internal alterations, some going back to several decades.
