This reminds me of a receipt I was given a few years ago at a ‘BurgerKing’ in London.

Under the restaurant address somebody had added the words ‘NO NUTRITION’ in capital letters.

I found it hilarious, and probably true!

A cursory glance at the page’s source code shows that the word “Jaqq” isn’t there.

It could have been there and now been removed (and stored in Bing’s cache), but search engines often rewrite website titles if they think they can do a better job.

In fact Google gets it wrong too and calls it “Malta Transport Authority”, despite the fact that it’s no longer called that and the site doesn’t use that name at all.

I suspect your real culprit is the person who changed that title – and as a bonus, fooled Bing.
