I am beginning to believe that the person/panel entrusted with recruiting and appointing people to public office require to see only Form 2 C school reports to make the final choice.

That’s the rule of this scam. The one that’s on the front of it meant to keep people on their toes. But what it does, in fact, is multiply the creative options on how a dagger is used to backstab, with little or no progress done on the main project/ job.

There’s a never-ending supply in line for any job. Keeping the job doesn’t depend on performance but on pressure power at the ready, or on just being instrumental in making the leader look good.
