In order to defuse the paranoia doing the rounds … this plane did bring over the Azeri’s President daughter Leyla Aliyeva. She was invited to open a photography exhibition in the Palace together with world famous National Geographic photographer Reza

I hate to burst people’s bubble and conspiracy theories but it was a cultural event attended to by sometimes unsavoury characters.

[Daphne – 1. What was the photography exhibition? 2. Why was it held at the palace which is the official residence of Malta’s head of state? 3. Why was it not publicised? 4. Why was the daughter of the Azeri dictator invited to open it? 5. Reza is Iranian, not Azeri. And he is a photographer. 5. Why were “unsavoury characters” guests at the official residence of the Maltese head of state?]
