What does the Malta Resources Authority need the police conduct certificate for? If a licensed electrician was found guilty in a criminal court case, would the electrician’s licence be withdrawn? I think that would be an extra punishment.

If a prisoner wants to study to become an electrician, would he or she be denied a licence?

We have appointed a minister to reduce and simplify bureaucracy. How is it that this escaped him?

In just one of several incidents, he walked into the Broadcasting Authority offices and hit somebody. But that is not the point, because we never expected better of him.

About 15 years ago, when Lynn Zahra and Big Fat Joe had a boat on Manoel Island at the Baldacchino shipyard, Miss Zahra had a problem with the yard’s owners and I witnessed a shocking fight when for once the Fatty stood quiet while his companion fought and swore. She would have put a group of sailors to shame.
