and I’m sure Malta wasn’t the issue, but it holds as a principle.

I am surprised it is just to 51st place because if the press were free for example why would they not have asked what happened to a case where a policeman who accepted bribes was suspended ON HALF PAY with no further word about the case in the press, that is accessable.
