4. Tie motif and colour totally inappropriate. This is academic dress. The tie should be black.

5. Polyester tie.

6. Suit jacket and robe wide open as if this was a harlot’s chamber and that was a shantung (what else?) dressing gown, legs akimbo as if it were same.
