In the current state of Maltese affairs (high illiteracy, semi-illiteracy, lack of life skills) people need to be thought some basics: if they need assistance with a form they can ask help from a family member, a friend or a clerk at the relative department – BUT NOT AN MP! Imagine the Brits going to Theresa May or George Osborne with a form to fill in (one couldn’t even imagine it).
