There is no space anywhere to create more parking places and its location is such that further excavation is likely to make the whole structure slide right into the bypass.

I am surprised that some bank has not yet seized that property to make up for the debts accumulated over the years.

The GWU’s offer was not the cheapest by far. This is a scandal of the first order.
