As is well-known, bearded women are nothing new and they have been the subject of sideshows and circus acts for a long time.

Frankly, I find this Austrian “woman” singer repulsive and somewhat disturbing.

Serves me right for straying away from my usual habit of not watching this song festival on which Malta keeps spending money which could have been used more profitably.

What next, a pregnant male singer next year?

For most of my life I’ve avoided people who are morally uptight, but that bearded drag queen looks too repulsive to defend.

I know I’m missing the point, somewhere, but I would have thought that a man who wanted to look like a woman would have done away with the beard.

So it seems this is more about ‘artistic innovation’ than sexuality, although given that some men wouldn’t mind screwing a goat, I’m sure the beard could also be a turn-on.
