I have an idea for something similar in Malta called the SMIRKS – little red comical figures led by SMIRK in chief Joey Muscat, the patsy Joey Cuschieri and of course the hero Cyrus. They are the obvious candidates for this venture and I am sure there are a few others who qualify.

You are absolutely right about the terminology. But I would add other bullying symptoms including PL’s spoken and written communication, daily behaviour (arrogance, etc)…
