That part of Strait Street and Melita street have de facto become the ministry’s private parking parking place.

A particular black Peugeot 107 is parked (badly, may I add) in front of Da Pippo restaurant almost daily, under a No Parking sign. The owner is a ‘saxy’ black-haired, tight-skirted, stiletto-wearing employee of the Ministry of Home Affairs, with a prominent underbite…can’t remember her name.

She doesn’t even have the decency to park properly, ghax busy u importanti.
