I am too slow on these things.. what is the ‘advantage” so to say of having your own company when you are working alone? why not just work as a self employed person?

It might be of interest to note that Darren Degabriele is also an owner of a fishing vessel. One of the persons interrogated is also an owner of a fishing vessel and whose vessel is presently impounded by the police pending investigation. It is said that the investigation concerns the illegal importation of fuel.
