Why do you feel the need to justify Norman Lowell’s rants? You could just admit you’d made a terrible mistake when you voted for him.

I cannot understand this reasoning. So sending men, women and children back to a country which is on the verge of lawlessness, where many of the women will end up being abused or raped, men guaranteed detention and their children no future is fine so it can serve as a deterrent to others. You call this being a human being.

Don’t take it out of context. I saw the video where Norman Lowell talked about abortion and he never simply said “abort black babies”

He said a woman carrying a black rapists baby should be given the choice to abort the pregnancy.

In my personal opinion any woman pregnant after being raped by anyone, be he black, Nordic , Chinese or whatever should have the right to abort should she choose to do so.

The same goes for a woman who is expecting a baby with a mental or physical disability. Choice, not forced.

A. The reason you don’t hear of people drowning near Australia is because dead people can’t speak.

B. Pushing boats back kills people far more than it saves them for the simple reason that people tend not to survive a boat sinking far from land.

I sincerely don’t think that anyone who voted for Imperium Europa agree with abortion, (or the killing of disabled babies).

I think most of the 7k votes are fit to be called ‘protest votes’, since most parties don’t have concrete action with regards illegal immigration. Even if Norman was elected, this policy would never be implemented. His European creed was against such immigration.

I think that he should still be given a platform since it is part of Democracy, and let the people decide what is violent or not.

If you think this is some sort of dark part of Maltese political history, i think you research Mintoff’s legacy. Cases of Socialist murderers or violent attacks on any one who disagreed with them.

So the difference really lies in the child still being fully inside then right? Partial birth abortion is ok then right? It is just a technicality, whilst trying to make a distinction between the worthiness of people based on race, gender or disability. It is wrong. No amount of air-brushing changes what is going on. And yes, infanticide is very similar to abortion particularly when performed up to 9 months, even if performed before birth.

It didn’t work because:

A – A group of NGOs and some others along with the UNHCR successfully put a stop to it.

B – For it to work properly there has to be an agreement where every country enforces push-backs.

Australia practises push backs and we do not hear of so many drownings as we do in the Med.

Please, stop calling the killing of children who have been born already abortion.

Because Lowell conveniently calls it “euthanasia” it doesn’t make it as such. It’s infanticide.
