Well Alex had 40yrs to become an Australian Citizen I guess being Maltese Citizen was more Important , never take Australians or the Australian Government for granted

Over all Maltese are regarded as being soft, this is NOT the case with Maltese in the North West England. Thank you Alex Vela you are well respected by non mc affiliates in England , You make me proud to be of Maltese blood. To you nice people on the home islands who live on your knees.

Because you used to ride behind a motorcycle, without a helmet, [such rebellious behaviour from your part] doesn’t mean you know the people who ride. If you grew up on the back of motorbikes you should have a better perspective on bikers because surely you would have met people who looked intimidating but in reality are really nice chaps. Your like saying I used to take private dance lessons, And I know about all the dancers in the world.

[Daphne – Riding without a helmet wasn’t rebellious behaviour, but entirely normal. Nobody even had a helmet, let alone wore one – no, not even children like me. And this may come as a surprise to you, but I do happen to know very many of the bikers – you know them as bikers, but I knew and know them socially. This is because they tend to be men a few years my senior who had a mid-life crisis and got a Harley at 40. They have a life outside the biker world, you know. I wonder how many people forming part of the ‘club’ realise that it is probably more than just a group of motorcycle fanatics who meet up on Sunday mornings just to drive ‘all the way’ to Cirkewwa for fun … I always thought how ridiculous these over-50s are.

I dont know what the local chapter is involved in and actually I’m surprised to see its actually quite large but 2 things one needs to keep in mind:

a. those 1% are not a joke. This is very serious business. Its organised crime on a par, if not more vicious, to the Camorra. Check out the war between the Bandidos and Hells Angels in Montreal as an idea. Mr Vellas counterpart in Canada Maurice “Mom” Boucher was so powerful he ordered the assassination of two random prison guards simply because some wardens man-handled him in prison

b. Why is the man with such a high profile even bothering to be in Malta in the first place?
